November at The Upper House was marked by intensive preparations for upcoming handover procedures. Advanced finishing works are ongoing throughout the building, along with comprehensive system integration tests, including fire protection, ventilation, and sanitary installations. Greenery planting is nearing completion, and the furnishing and arrangement of common areas are in their final stages.
