Construction works are progressing according to schedule. The 16th-floor work has been completed, and intensive finishing activities are ongoing on staircases A and B – plastering and flooring are in progress, along with the installation of window joinery starting from the 10th floor upwards. On staircase A, partition and exterior walls are being finalized, while on staircase B, these works have reached the 13th floor. On staircases C and D, the installation of water meters, heat meters, and electrical equipment in apartments is underway. Meanwhile, aluminum facades are being installed in commercial units. In parallel, advanced landscaping work is being carried out, including curbs, edges, walkways, and retaining walls. The heating substation construction is also underway.
