October 2025

October brought significant progress at The Upper House, bringing the project even closer to completion.
On the roofs of stairwells A and B, greenery has been planted and biologically active surfaces have been installed, enhancing the building’s ecological character. On the communication cores, trellises for green walls are being assembled. At the same time, testing and commissioning of fire protection, ventilation, and sanitary systems are underway.
In the lobby and coworking areas, furnishing and interior fit-out works are progressing. In the pool area, ceramic tile installation continues, while in the SPA zone, finishing works are advancing – including installation of door and aluminum joinery and surface preparation for painting.
