August 2025

The construction works carried out in August at The Upper House have brought significant results, bringing us closer to the completion of the development.
On Building B, roofing layers have been completed. Mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning systems are being installed, along with plastering works on the 17th and 17A floors. Elevator installation is ongoing. In the lobby, ceilings are being installed, skirting boards laid, and wallpapering is in progress, with furniture and door joinery deliveries scheduled soon. In the SPA area, flooring has been completed, sanitary and electrical installations are underway, and sauna installation has started.
In Building A, wallpapering works are nearing completion and finishing works are progressing in the common areas. Installation of inspection doors for shafts is underway. In the coworking space, painting and wallpapering works are ongoing.
