The construction is gaining momentum, and the next stages of work are progressing rapidly! Reinforcement of the roof slab in Staircase B is underway, along with the installation of prefabricated façade elements on the 17th and 17a floors. In Staircase A, plastering and flooring are being laid on the 12th floor, while window frames are being installed on floors 12–14 in Staircases A and B. On the lower floors, from the ground floor to the 9th floor, finishing works continue, including tiling, gres installation, and wall smoothing. At the same time, the installation of inspection doors and door joinery is in progress.

In the area of Staircase A, paving works are also being carried out. The next stages of the pool technology are advancing – the installation of pool systems, waterproofing, and the reprofiling of the pool basin are underway. The glazing of the entrance lobby façade is in progress, while façade cladding is being installed on Staircase E. Additionally, thermal insulation is being applied to the roof of Staircase A.
